The vitality module

Vitality class.

class hcga.features.vitality.Vitality(graph=None)

Vitality measures class.

Features based on the closeness vitality. The closeness vitality of a node, defined in Section 3.6.2 of [1], is the change in the sum of distances between all node pairs when excluding that node.

Initialise a feature class.

Parameters

graph (Graph) – graph for initialisation, converted to given encoding

compute_features()

Main feature extraction function.

This function should be used by each specific feature class to add new features.
